Trading Members are hereby informed that, Birla Power Solutions Ltd (Scrip Code: 517001) has been ordered to be liquidated by Hon’ble High court of Bombay, and official liquidator has been appointed as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been suspended w.e.f. August 26, 2014 vide Exchange notice no. 20140804-20 dated August, 04 2014, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI SOP circular no. CIR/MRD/DSA/31/2013 dated September 30, 2013 due to non-compliance with Clauses 35 and / or 49 of erstwhile Listing agreement. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
